Non ho mai parlato degli abiti da sposa, ma in occasione della Bridal Fashion Week, che si è tenuta a New York tra il 16 ed il 20 aprile, ho dato un occhiata in giro ai vari abiti presentati.

Durante questa settimana si riesce ad avere una visione d'insieme di tutti i trends che andranno di moda nelle prossime stagioni per quanto riguarda gli abiti da sposa, e, una cosa che si può notare, è che sono molto simili ai trends degli abiti normali.
Abiti bianchi? Sembrano ormai una cosa appartenente al passato: colori pastelli, rosa chiaro, blu chiaro e persino dettagli floreali impreziosiscono gli abiti da sposa sulle passerelle della Bridal fashion Week.
Le stoffe che sono state usate molto sono il tulle e il pizzo, e tagli profondi a V o maniche semitrasparenti sono stati i leitmotiv di molte collezioni. Molti abiti sono stati impreziositi da favolosi dettagli luccicanti o bottoni e applicazioni particolari!
Tra gli stilisti più acclamati ci sono Alice Temperley, Watters, lela Rose, galia Lahav.

I thought it would be interesting to see how the seasonal trends were reflected in those of the bridal dresses. During this week people could observe that white gowns were a thing of the past: What was new for this bridal fashion week were the pastel colors, the light blue and light pink shades and also floreal details.

Fabrics which were often used on the catwalks were tulle and lace and the deep V-necks and illusional sleeves were also used pretty often!
Among the favorite designers of this bridal fashion week there were Alice Temperley, Watters, Lela Rose, Galia Lahav.
